Jamil Velji
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER
Jamil is a serial entrepreneur with digital marketing and sales expertise, over a decade of experience. He has held pivotal roles in a diverse range of tech companies.
His extensive experience spans operating multiple marketing and growth agencies that cater to a myriad of sectors, including personal injury, home services, financial services, real estate, software, consulting, coaching, technology, and startups.
Jamil's expertise encompasses the entire business lifecycle, from inception to operation and scaling. This includes process development, systems development, A.I. implementation, technical implementations, scaling, growth, people management, operational and growth strategy, viral strategy, launching new services, scaling new services, developing new services, sales, business development, marketing, copywriting, and more.
Jamil has also made significant hands-on contributions as an advisor, business advisor, and financial analyst on several small business transactions, with values ranging from $750,000 to $5,000,000 including acquisition of a small business in the home services sector in Ontario.
ZAFAR KHAWAJA

Zafar Khawaja, an esteemed engineer turned entrepreneur and Platinum certified business coach, carries over twenty years of comprehensive experience in founding, steering, and expanding small businesses from scratch. Initiating five small enterprises from the ground up, he assembled robust teams and escalated their annual revenues to well over eight figures.
His extensive experience includes the small business strategic planning, operating, managing projects within budget, hiring key employees, training sales & business development teams, developing, managing and implementation of marketing, sales, HR, compliance and clients management processes.
He led to accumulate, manage, and fund over $400 million equity for numerous real estate development projects in Canada and acquisition of 2 small home services businesses.
His insightful leadership and unwavering support have been instrumental in the seamless inception, growth, and success of myriad business ventures, mirroring a similar path of growth and innovation as seen in seasoned leaders.
